Triangle Christian Referral Network
Group 1
You don't need another room full of business cards. You need a small circle of people who know your work, trust it, and will put their name next to yours.
That's what we're building.
The Triangle Christian Referral Network is a trust-first referral group: small, vetted, faith-grounded, and powered by TribeSpring.
To participate, you may visit to see how it works, and claim your category if that seat is open. If not, we plan to launch more groups as demand dictates.
What you'll walk away with:
Real relationships
Referrals
This isn't a pitch session. It's a working group built on relationships, not quotas — where the expectation is genuine engagement, not a number you have to hit.
Who should attend:
Business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs who'd rather have fifteen people who truly trust them than fifty who barely know them.
Seats are limited and categories fill first-come.
To attend, you must either be a confirmed Referral Group Member or have talked with Craig Mathews (919-757-7400) about visiting.
"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." — Proverbs 11:25
Referrals are simply one way we refresh one another. God means for us to build together — and this is a room full of the people worth building with.

November Topic: Build Your Business Roadmap
Create your business plan for 2027 using AI.
Everybody's talking about AI. This is where you actually start using it.
Byte-Sized AI is TCCC's monthly session built to take the mystery out of artificial intelligence — no experience needed, no jargon required. Each month tackles one practical topic, breaks it down into bite-sized nuggets anyone can absorb, and gets you applying it before you leave the room.
Typical Agenda:
A focused 15–20 minute teaching on that month's AI topic
Breakout rooms to meet others and discuss the topic
Open Q&A — no question is too basic
Apply what you just learned during the session - in YOUR business
More importantly, you'll be in a virtual room full of fellow business owners and professionals figuring this out at the same pace as you — nobody's ahead, nobody's behind, everybody's applying it together.
Outcomes:
Walk away confident applying at least one new AI tool in your business
Build real relationships with other Triangle business owners navigating AI together
Leave with something you can use the same day — not just notes
Build AI fluency steadily, month over month, without ever feeling behind
This event is complimentary and open to all TCCC members — no AI experience required.
"If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success." — Ecclesiastes 10:10
Come curious — for practical tools and good company.

Most professional development stops at "take notes and hope it sticks." The Monthly Collaborative is different.
Each month, the Triangle Christian Chamber brings together believers in business for a new topic, a room full of people who actually want to help you, and time built in to work the ideas together — not just hear them.
This isn't a lecture series. It's a working session.
The Art of Listening & Connecting
Dori Staehle is a speaker, author, empowerment coach, owner of Next Stage Drumming, LLC and the only Certified Drum Therapist in NC. She creates rhythm-based wellness and empowerment programs - that rock!
Dori specializes in kids and adults who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, and/or gifted) and those dealing with anxiety and stress. She also creates programs for team-building, at-risk populations, and faith-based programs as well.
Programs can be delivered in-person or virtually. No musical experience necessary. You don’t even need a drum!
As we become more and more connected to our devices, we become less and less connected to each other - and to God.
In this talk, Dori Staehle will share different ways to truly listen and connect. She will guide participants through some fun exercises that will help you “hear the beat” , hear each other, and connect with the “heartbeat of God.”
At each gathering, you'll:
Dig into a new topic every month — marketing, leadership, finances, hiring, whatever the group needs next
Connect with other Christian business owners and professionals across the Triangle who share your values
Move from "that's a good idea" to "here's my plan," with structured time to apply what you just learned
Build relationships that turn into referrals, partnerships, and prayer support
Leave with something concrete — not just information, but next steps you helped create
No sit-and-listen sessions. No forgettable info-dumps. Just real conversation, real strategy, and real people working alongside you.
Come with a challenge. Leave with a plan — and a few new people in your corner.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
Come ready to meet some great people and work on your businesses together.
